I had my first child at Red Cross in Tokyo, where experienced, caring, very good midwives assisted me, whom I had been seeing from very early on during the pregnancy, so it was nice to have a familiar faces. They also helped me with breastfeeding after birth - they were there 24h a day to support you on this front (as they hugely encourages breastfeeding). I just loved the whole experience. Is there such hospital in HK?

I don't think there is a hospital oer se that offers this in HK (other people can let you know for sure), but their are midwife organizations that you can 'hire' to do something similar to what you're describing...i.e. meet w/ them early in preg, have them w/you during delivery, and have postnatal home visits. There is Annerley Midwives in Central, for one.
Matilda Hospital has good midwives for you while you are there. Some of those midwives will also do home visits...if you hire them. Matilda also has a well baby clinic that you can go to for advice, etc.; first visit (if you give birth there) is free and then subsequent ones are to be paid for.

If you would like more information about Matilda International Hospital you can visit our website. Under the maternity section you can find useful information and details on what you should ask each hospital that you consider as well as prices.
I sugest you visit a few hospitals and get a feel for the level of service.
