I lived in Singapore during my previous two pregnancies and got traditional post-natal massages which included binding the abdominal area. I found the massage extremely relaxing and the binding very effective. Does anyone know if this kind of treatment is available in HK? Otherwise what other postnatal massages are available?

I keep hoping someone will answer this because it sounds like a great idea...

Can anyone suggest nice things to do to treat our post-natal bodies... (when I eventually figure out how to get out of the house between feeds and sleeps)
