I believe Elemis Day Spa has specially designed massages for pregnant women. I've never tried it but heard that it is quite good.

Elle Spa in Repulse Bay has many treatments and massages for pregnant women, though not cheap. But excellent :-)

I tried Ellemise spa in Central and Elle Spa in Repulse Bay. I liked Ellemise better because the massage was a bit stronger, but both is very relaxing and good. Both are quite expensive around 700HKD, I think...
