Prenatal exercise class in NT?

Does anyone know of any place offering prenatal exercise classes in or near the New Territories? I am 6 months pregnant and having a lot of lower back pain. I am looking for something that would help me with that. Or...can someone recomend a good DVD & a place where it can be purchased???
