I had a quick look at all the maternity shops in Causeway Bay but I couldn't find nice maternity clothes appropriate for work. Pants are ok, as they are basically black in color with plain cutting. But I have great difficulty finding decent tops, either there are too many laces and patterns, or the fabric too much like a housedress. Apart from Formes in Central, does anyone have recommendations of nice maternity clothes with good pricing?

I bought some clothes from Gennie located in Sogo in the children's section. They have a good basic range of clothing including some more formal dresses for parties. Price range is cheaper than Formes.

You might want to look at these two shops you can order online from Singapore:
http://www.mothersenvogue.com/
http://www.momsinmind.com.sg/ (they have links on their site to other good maternity shopping sites!)
Or Online from Taiwan/HK:
http://www.bunintheoven.com.hk/
(they have some nice items on sale right now!)
For Bras, international orders are easy at:
http://www.figleaves.com
For a very comfortable bra:
http://www.hk-bfmoms.com/
(Essential Bra and Leisure Bra - inexpesive and perfect for nursing)
The site is in Chinese, but has lots of English and you can call them.
On another thread someone else posted these three UK sites:

http://www.hommemummy.co.uk
http://www.cravematernity.co.uk

Have you tried Linea Negra? Their clothes are more reasonably priced than Formes. But my best suggestion is to check out the regular shops. I've bought loads of tops that still fit me at 24 weeks, possibly because the fashion this year tends towards longer, looser cuts and empire lines. Have a look around -- there's no need to restrict yourself to maternity clothes!

Yoyu could also have things made at a tailor, or check out:
http://cloud9asia.com - they have a shop in LKF now and I had things made for me while pregnant.

You could try the Esprit outlet shop in TST - I got a few funky stretchy tops which did very well for work and skirts in there in their largest size which saw me through and didn't cost the earth. They had lots of smart wrap around cardigans which work well with a vest top under

I agree with Mayafox's comment, the trend now is for empire cut tops. Try Marks and Spencer, I have bought loads of tops and bottoms from there. For trousers I have gone up a size and wear below bump, for tops I have also gone up 1 or 2 sizes depending on the cut. Go for the lycra jersey tops, they will last longer.

Mmm Vulvic, I am probably wearing the same clothes as you -- LOVE Marks and Sparks. All the local girls are wearing long tops / dresses over jeans which can be really flattering on a pregnant woman too. I thought being pregnant would stop my love for clothes but... not a chance.

Thats what I wear, wrap around jersey dresses with jeans or trousers. Yeah Markseys is an old favourite, can come out of there not feeling liek a whale.

You can also try Bumps to babe, they carry clothes by Gingersnap and some of them are really nice.
By the way, anyone knows where the shop Mothercare is?
Thanks.
