Sorry, one more question from me. I am not very happy with my current doctor. He's on average one hour late for every appointment and each visit only lasts around 15 minutes. I am thinking about going with the package at Canossa. Has anyone used this package? It's 28K for around 12 prenatal visits, tests and around 4 ultrasound scans. It also includes doctor's fee for delivery, natural or C-section. Just want to get a sense whether this is a reaonable price. Thanks a lot!

i honestly think 28k inc. delivery is very reasonable for a private hospital. other things you need to bear in mind though are:
- would they charge you extra if the delivery occured on a weekend or public holiday?
- you will need to pay extra for the room (13k+ depending on which type you choose)
- do you get to see the same Oby each time and will he/she be the one to deliver your baby?

28K does not inlcude hospital fee, which ranges from 13k to 65k depending on what type of rooms you choose.

has anyone investigated the option of delivery at a public hospital? i have a friend who is due end aug and hasnt made any sure arrangements yet, she's like to see if anyone has any input to offer...cheers
