We have 2 kids who are 7 and 11. We are looking for an auntie who can take initiative, can be proactive in setting up playdates when needed, take kids too and from activities as needed, get them to do any homework, cleaning up and getting themselves ready. We prefer someone who can make sure the kids do these things themselves rather than do it for them. We would like an auntie who can speak English well and can take charge when necessary. We will also want the auntie to cook and clean. However, the mom works but also gets involved with kids a lot so you won't be on your own with tons of work. Thanks!

Help to take care of 3 girls - 7yrs, 3yrs, 3yrs (twins). Cooking, cleaning, and child-care to be shared with our current helper. We are a happy, relaxed family. Our current helper is very friendly and easy to work with. Main focus is enjoying looking after kids, taking them to lessons and playing outside, feeding them, and putting them to bed. Experienced help needed to manage household chores, including cooking, marketing, kids. Its OK if dont know Indian cooking, but need to know western cooking (Baking knowledge is a plus).
