I hereby authorise HKXPAT.com Limited including its associated and affiliated entities (the "Company") to collect, process and publish my personal data, as required below, on any restricted or public web page (collectively referred to as the "Website") and any file system/database (the "Databases") controlled and maintained by the Company.
I hereby consent that such data can be collected and shall be used directly and only in connection with matters in relation to my employment. I understand that without collection of such data the Company will be limited in the services that it can provide me. I therefore consent to my personal data being stored in multiple Databases for this purpose and reserve the right to request access to and correction of such data on the Website and/or Databases. I understand that such Databases will be managed and controlled by the Company, who will take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the safety of my personal information against unauthorized or accidental access.
I hereby consent for my personal data to be made available on the Website and Databases for a duration of ninety (90) days (the "Period"), such Period to commence as of this date and which shall terminate on expiry of the Period OR until I notify the company in writing (the “Notification") of my wish to change or withdraw my information from the Website and/or Databases. I understand that the Period can be extended by my authorization in writing OR by me signing an 'update form'.
I also understand that my personal data which is stored in the Databases will be made available to the Company's sales consultants (and other prudent and authorised persons of the Company) that provide domestic helper placement services to employers wishing to hire a domestic helper in Hong Kong. I therefore consent that my personal data can be shared with prospective employers or third parties who will use my personal data directly and solely in relation to matters concerning my employment. I also understand that on consenting to the above, my authorised personal data can be viewed by anyone who has access to the Website and the Company's Databases.
I understand that the Company will take all reasonably practicable steps to remove my personal data from the Website and Databases in a timely, reasonable manner on expiry of the period OR after my Notification to the Company and agree that the Company will not be liable for the employers or third-party actions that may occur as a result of their access to my personal data.
