Covid is Killing HK Cocaine Dealers' Business

The ban on foreigners and mandatory quarantines for HK residents on arrival has made it impossible for drug mules to smuggle cocaine and other narcotics into Hong Kong.
 
Drug runners are compensating by using air cargo to transport cocaine into Hong Kong and that has resulted in record seizures with 1.19 tonnes of narcotics confiscated in the first 5 months of 2020.
