Rental Tax Advice

We have a duplex in Sai Kung (now residing in S'pore) and retired from HK we rent the 2nd floor and roof @ $12000 per month. The unit has been paid in full for some time (@ 5 yrs) What are the taxes we will need to pay for this rental unit?

It all depends on how the property is owned….the best advice is to set the structure such that you can qualify for Profits Tax (NOT Property Tax)….we would be pleased to discuss the structure and can arrange a telephone consultation in that regards…..
