local friend of mine gave an excellent website for sales records in HK and its in english! :) definitely don't have this comprehensive data back homein sydney without paying for it.

If you need a mortgage then ask the bank. Whether the bank valuation is accurate or not is irrelevant because if you are applying for a mortgage it is the only valuation that counts.
