Phuket advice

I am looking to purchase a vacation home in Phuket but can't seem to get a straight answer about the process of making such an investment. Has anyone purchased in Phuket? Any attorney or law firms you can recommend?

My husband and I bought a ground floor flat in Phuket about 2 years ago in a newly developed area of Bangtao Beach and we have been renting it since.


We bought it through the developer as oldhand stated above which has proved a worthwhile investment. We are looking to sell our flat now so that we can buy in Hong Kong. If you are interested, please email me and I can give you specifications of the flat and the potential investment side as it is likely that you can continue to rent from our current people if you are interested.


Price is around HK$1.16 million.


Phuket is such a great place though to have a property as it is so easy to get to from here...don't actually want to sell it but unfortunately we can't afford to do both!
