Looking for a chartered building/quantity surveyor (urgent) - renovation problems with contractor

Hi,

As seen on post, a lot of people went through the same disagreement than me: dealing with a dishonest contractor doing renovation at my place. It seems like he has invoiced me for uncompleted or nonexistent items as well as significantly overcharging me according to the Hong Kong industry standard.

I am looking for a legal document assessing the work that has been done at my place and its value, in case this goes to court.
This is why I am now looking for a chartered building/quantity surveyor to evaluate the quantity of work done at my place.

This is quite urgent. So far mainly demolition work has been done, so renovations are not finished and I am still renting another place. Before continuing the renovation with another contractor, I have to make this survey.

Does anyone know any chartered building/quantity surveyor?
