Hi,

I will be moving to Hong Kong in June and my office is located in Science Park. Could you please suggest in which areas should I be looking for a house? My main criteria would be quick access to MTR/KCR and shops and restaurants. Could you pelase suggest an area and also, if possible, possible rental prices in those areas for a 2-bedroom apartment.
