Can someone please guide me? I would like to be a housing agent. Does anyone know where do i do the course and the procedures i need to take?

Given the poor outlook for this industry (both short & long term), many agents are getting out and there is a big drop in new agents joining. Yet, the competition is still fierce, have you not notice the number of agents wandering around the streets trying to find that elusive deal?
Think twice about going into this industry now...

I know how the industry is now. I would like to do the course first and start selling when the economy picks up. I am in no rush.

Do you want to do a course in Chinese or English? The ones run by the EAA are only in Chinese.

Yes, a guy called Stanley runs courses in English. He's a lawyer by training and used to work at the EAA. Drop him a line at ea.training@gmail.com
