rental in Central can be varied from couple of thousands to couple of hundred thousands...really depend on size, area, and your budget especially...i suggest you set a budget and then have the agent search for yr viewing when u are in HK...

Hi. When exactly will you be moving to HK? I am trying to sublet my apt. for the summer- (June and July). Would you need a place to stay while looking for your own place? I'm no where near Central but live in a nice area on Clearwater Bay Rd. near the MTR.

Namaste! it depends on where your office is. The rental varies significantly so it depends on how much you are willing to fork out.
