Hi,

I am coming to HK in Sept to job hunt. I do not have any sort of HK residency or work visa but want to get a short term 3 month rental on an appartment. Will there be any problems in this if I am on a tourist visa?

thanks

I think there are few options for lower-priced short-term leases as apartments/flats are usually rented on one or two year leases. Shorter terms usually mean much higher prices for a flat. Options out of your price range would be a serviced suite or a decent long-term-stay hotel room.

There are shared accommodations which might not be so expensive. Look under the "find a home" tab up on the left side of this page.
