Pacific Place Service Apartment

We ( 2 adult n 1 baby) are looking for a service apartment in HK island near bus and MTR station (we have no car). We are new to HK and interested in Parkside of Pacific Place (PP). Currently living in a apartment and requires 3 month notice to break the lease(BTL). Checked with PP management and only allow 1 month waiting. If we BTL now we are taking the risk as there may not be available / suitable unit for us. i.e. to move in Nov but can only check with PP in Oct whether any unit available. Apparently they are now almost 100% rented out. Anyone /friends live in PP? Any comments? How do people handle change of apartment? With a Baby; I am scared! Any comment is mostly welcome and thank you very much.

Hi Ed - have you gone through property hunt (leasing) yourself? Do you mind to share your experience with me? Especially when it is to BTL or a completed lease. I am surprised why Pacific Place cannot give the status of available units ; say in 3 months time! Are the rest of service apt do the same?

ED - the issue is that some apartments are running at 100% occupancy so they don't know when they will have vacant units as people may extend their stays
