Any property NEWLY released to the market?

It seems that there is very few property newly released to the market such as Zenith, Habour Green etc. Is that true?

That seems to be the case because the the property market is still playing catch up from the slump during and after SARS. A new development usually takes about 3-5 years from conception to completion so we should expect a shortage of good quality developments.
