Does anyone live in Victoria Garden and if so, have you had a good/bad experience? We have just moved from UK and are in the process of apt searching, but have yet to visit VG. Currently, we are partial to the Belchers as we have an infant daughter but we are open to other child-friendly places.

we've lived here for 3 years and its great. Certainkly i would prefer it to the Belchers, there is a very high prop of expats here so you will have no problem meeting Mums etc. It really depends on your budget (Victoria Gardens is still very good value) We have 3 little ones and they love the area downstaris - there are always kids there

i shoudl add that VG is much older than the belchers so the kitchens bathrooms are circa 1985!!!

live in belchers if you want a home away from home. It is a little village that is outside of HK. You may not get the full HK experience, but you will have all the luxuries. VG is lovely. Yes, it is circa 85, but it has charm. You need to compromise on ammenties for charm, sometimes.
I guess it depends on what you value.
