would any body know what a 52ft fiberglass live-aboard junk in Aberdeen with private pier, shore power/water/broadband/cable/reverse cycle aircons walk to shops and free parking would be worth as a rental. - i have no idea what a good price would be... fantastic views too..i'm leaving HK and want to rent it out...it looks like a batchelor lived in it, but would polish up nice...
