good insurance for landlord to buy?

Im a fairly new Lanlord to HK
Im looking for landlord insurance against damage to 3rd parties...
I mean the tenants flooding the flat somehow and then flooding the flat downstairs....
and me (the landlord) having to pay money to the people downstairs?!!
Any landlords out there who know of any good suitable products?
most products i can find out there are for tenants not landlords...
