I agree - I had an unpleasant experience with Midlands and the Centaline one seemed better. Not sure if this is an exceptional case or not.

I have just got a flat in Mid-Levels Central, I used Ricacorp on Robinson Road - I strongly recommend them. My agent listened carefully to what i wanted, only showed me places which met my requirements and refined the viewings as i firmed up on particular characteristics. She was brilliant & and I got what I wanted after viewing 6 places in one afternoon.

I found my flat through Midland and the agents were very nice and efficient. So maybe it depends on the agents...
