hi, the water pipe of my flat needs changing. water dept said that the pipe is rusty and he asked me to get free quotations from plumbers.
can someone please recommend an english speaking plumber in western district?

Unfortunately, changing water pipes is very complex which could mean going into walls and or floors to change them. If your water pipes are rusty it means you probably still got the original pipes in your home. Is the water yellowish for the first minute or so in the morning?

yup, the water is yellowish for the first minute or so and i contacted the water dept and they came to check the water and they said that the water is clean but the pipe is rusty. the bathroom water is clearer and the water dept said that it is probably due to the filters of the showerhead and the water heater.
we bought this flat earlier this year and i am guessing that the pipe is old as the building (20 odd years). i would like to get a free quotation first.
