Not a home but I am looking for a big dirty old warehouse/studio/office space to work on my paintings. Seems to be a hard thing to find. Doesn't need to be remotely glamourous, just cheap and big. 1000sq ft minimum.

Wai Yip Street in Kwun tong has loads which are dirt cheap.
