Anyway jeff is quite right, a 5-bedroom place is rare and even 4 bedrooms usually cost more than 95K inclusive. I have put a list together to send you and will do so when I know how.
Perhaps you'd like to send me a personal message and then I can respond to it.
alk, 5 bedrooms mainly in midlevels, which is over 100K at least inclusive.

Eastview in Cox's rd, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,800sf, around $55-60k. 2 mins walk from MTR.
