Moving from Los Angeles to HK

My family and I are moving from LA to HK end of July for 10 months. Our 4 kids will be attending HKIS. I have 2 questions:


1- Is it possible to lease a 4 bedroom apartment in a nice building for 10 months in Repulse Bay? Would like to spend approx $100k per month. Most of the nice buildings we investigated have a minimum of a 15 month lease.


2- if we can't find a 10 month lease, we were thinking about renting an apartment at the Repulse Bay Apartments. Since we will need to furnish the apartment, what is the best way to find a family moving out so we can purchase all their furniture (rather than search the internet and by piece by piece)?

Actually, it used to be possible to rent furniture (design included). Not too expensive. Can't remeber the company name but based at Ap Lei Chau. Anybody remeber?
