Moving to Lantau-where to live?

Hello,My husband and I are moving to Lantau from UK, around October this year, My husband will commute daily to Hong Kong for his work, we Fancied living in Bijou Hamlets, but ther are no more 4 bedroom houses left to rent there at least none we can find on the web,we were looking at Type B on phase 7,

What is it like to live at Bijou Hamlets,is there a lot going on? and is it easy to commute there and back from Hong Kong, or is it easier to commute from somewhere like Headland village, as I noticed there are some houses there for rental. Are golf carts easy enough to rent, and how much would they cost. As a retired person with a little dog I would like to live somewhere where I can easily go for walks, look at shops and get to know people so looking for a community which will provide this and a nice house with a garden is important, I don't want to feel isolated. Can anybody advise. Thankyou
