where to live w/ a 1 yo?

My husband works around Bank of China building in Central and we are considering between Middle Mid-levels and Eastern Mid-Levels (south of Wanchai). Realistically is it possible to get something less than 32K (inclusive) that has 3BR and a maid's quarter? Please help!!

If you haven't already tried the complex 1 Star Street right on border WChai/Admiralty - on the WChai side of Pacific Place, and just a 10 min walk to BOC building. Not sure of prices though!

Hi Fabio - thanks but I think these are all very small (around 700square feet)...location looks great though.

older flats in mid leves west...park road, lyttelton Road and Babbington Path can often quite good value

But its almost luck finding these place b./c people rarely move!
