We are looking for a loft living space in Hong Kong, or at the very least, something a bit more interesting than the repetitive shoebox flats here.
Does anyone know of any industrial spaces on HK Island that have been converted to living space, or can be sold/rented for apartments?

There was a development about 2-3 yrs back, one of the developers had converted a factory for soho/residential usage. I don't remember the name or developer, except that it was in Kowloon side and concern at the time was that while this was a radical idea for HK, the location would make it a hard sell.
Anyone here remember?
