Property buying when a director of company

This may not be in the right forum but will try anyway.


We are looking to purchase our first property in HK. My husband is named a director of the company he works for. Could anyone in the future make a claim against our property if there were any?


We are very nervous about buying a property and want to cover all situations in advance.
