We'll need a parking space at the Bel-Air on the Peak, and wonder what the going rates are. The agent said around 3,000, but it sounds a lot to me especially they have tons of empty spaces...

I was just looking at the same thing. My agent told me $2000 but I didn't find that particularly reliable. I was renting an apartment and wanting to see how much it would be without a parking spot. I called around and I was quoted $2500 to $3000.

We rented one two months ago at $2000. When we called, we were under the impression that rates below $2500 were possible.
