Old Buildings, Prices?

Hi, I'm looking to rent a two bedroom flat in an old building in Wanchai around the queens road east/ship street/star street area.

I want around 550-650 square feet and a balcony or access to a rooftop

Plus i want a walk-up so that the rent is cheaper.

So does anybody know what prices to expect before I approach the estate agents tonight?

Are very old buildings generally a bit cheaper?

Thanks

Chris

will post it later. BTW, the location is just next to the Wanchai Eaton House on Wanchai Gap Road, relatively better air quality
