Wow, I had a look at the site and it look amazing. Do you have any pics of the apartment? We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children (6,4,10months). We would love to live somewhere like this. Is there a large expat community? On the site it says that it is only 20min from Central. Is this true? We were looking at beach houses at the GoldCoast and found out that their timings were incorrect. Do you know anything about the local school? We are trying to get our kids into the Australian School, however are open to any suggestions. We are now booked into a serviced apartment for the month of Feb, however will be madly looking for permanant accomodation during that period. I would like to contact you then for an inspection.
Thanks for your reply.

Dear Jodies:
Have a look under direct owner lease for Park Island. This is a super place for children. There is a preschool and playgroup there. Heaps of facilities (bowling, indoor climbing wall, indoor basketball, tennis, squash, supervised beach, lovely walks, full seaview etc, etc, etc. The view is stunning (nothing like it in Hong Kong) and a 20 minute ferry ride or 15 minute MTR ride to Central. Cheers,
Nuttall

Hi, can you tell me more about the appartment ie. size, what floor is it on, balcony etc. Is that price per month?????? We are very interested and have been on the website looking at it. Is it really only 20mins to Central??? We arrive in Hong Kong on the 3rd of Feb and are in a serviced apartment for 1 month. During that time, we would like to take a look. My email is jsti1985@bigpond.net.au Could you email me your telephone number so we can contact you once we are there. Thanks for your help.

With a family you should defintely check out Discovery Bay. I guy from work with 2 babies just moved from there to the Gold Coast though and is loving it. It is much closer for his job so thats a major plus for him but he says its really good for families. Its about 40mins on the bus to central and to catch the train you would need to get a bus or taxi to the train station and then it takes 45mins on the train so the bus is for you - it stops about 3 mins walk from the hotel there.
