am moving to HK from Sydney before end of year and intend to rent serviced apartment until I can find rental ( I'm single male). want to end up around Causweay Bay. anyone tell me what the usual rental term is? is there a minimum? 12/18/24 months or is it negotiable?

Normally you sign a two year lease - but you can get a break clause with two months notice after the first 12
