Recommendations for good contractors?

I am about to start renovating my apartment and am looking for quality contractors to quote on the job. It is in two parts.

Part 1 - Involves building an internal staircase, other structural work, installing new sliding doors to balcony and roof tiling. I have all building approvals and an AP.

Part 2 - Total refub of the interior. I have high level interior design plans and specs for materials.

Any leads appreciated.
