By chance anyone know a Real estate agent that knows old commercial/industrial/warehouse buildings.
I'm interested in renting a unit in a building with 24hr access for work studio.

Hi, have you already found a real estate agent for the unit you are looking for? You can do a search online but make sure to check their license and other information. Commercial lease such as Hong Kong rentals can give you a great pick. Good luck!
