Are there any nice apartment complexes in Central or Lower Midlevels area that offer larger 3 or 4 bedroom units (1,500+ sf) in an ultra convenient location, i.e. short level walking distance to shops and restaurants, with club facilities (gym, pool, spa, and tennis court, etc.)?
Our family currently lives in the higher part of Central Midlevels. While we love almost everything here - our apartment has 4 brms, 2200+ sf, open views, shuttle buses, full club facilities including kids playgrounds, our only complaint is it is a bit of walk (hilly as well) to even the nearest small grocery store and generally requires taking transport to restaurants. We would really like an added convenience of us being able to run downstairs to grab a quick bite or pick up forgotten grocerie/toiletrie items.
We are hoping there are apartment complexes offering what we currently have plus a very covenient location, e.g. around the busy parts of Caine, Robinson, Conduit or the area around. Does anyone know if there are any?

I think your best bet is Conduit Road. There's the ultra expensive new Henderson Land development that is going up - you know the one that caused all the controversy with the floor numbering. Most of the properties in this area are quite old so the facilities won't be that great. Also, many of the really large apartments tend to be owned by long-established families so there won't be that much available. Caine Road tends to be smaller flats and Robinson small to 1,500 sq ft I think. However, I'm not that clued up on this as you are way out of my league. Something to aspire to, though.

I would not even think about the midlevels. Try Tai Hang Road or Happy Valley. Close to Causeway Bay and lots of food and grogery options with much better open views and cheaper than the midlevels.

Be flexible.
Check out the properties near Olympic. A quick 7 minute MTR ride from Central.
