need advice

I have a small marketing consultancy here in HK ( limited company registered under "consulting services"). I am keen on selling a unique fashion product in HK market. My question is should i procure this product and sell through my existing company or register a new trading company. I much prefer using the existing company as it saves me the hassle of filing two tax reports and all other paperwork.

check company's memorandum/articles of association which list what activities your company can undertake, standard wording usually includes something like 'any other business' being allowed as a general catch all.
