Looking to buy a place in the UK soon and seeking mortgage advise. My questions are:

q) what is the usual deposit for a non-UK resident buying a residential property? 30% or otherwise?

b) which banks are best for a UK national but HK PR card holder. No bank in the UK so needs to be an overseas mortgage

c) looking at 15 year term max.

d) what are other charges for non-UK residents?

Any advise is appreciated
