Hi everyone,
Actually, I am living abroad and thinking to sell my flat which is located in Kennedy Town (near The Belcher's), it's a (old chinese building, G/F) with 2 bedroom (approx: 550 sq feet with 10 ft high ceiling).
Any suggestion, is this the right time to sell ??
Is there any website where I can find out if property market in Hong Kong is going up or down.

I intend to sell it for 1.6 m and at the moment it's been rented out. Rental agreement has expired and therefore I will have to give my tenent 1 month notice.
