Im looking for a 3 bedroom place perferable on HK side.


Budget is only 8k to 10k size not important but 3 beds are.


Question: Is it possible???

lol well i wouldnt say that i have already found 3 and thats only on the internet.

Try ap lei chau. maybe you could get a 3br for under 10k in some of the older estates there.


south horizons estate has small (700sqft to 800sqft) 3br from about 11.5k to 16k. Quite nice with great facilities

For 10K, you can get something in Chi Fu Fa Yuen in Pokfulam. Other options include Northpoint, or Sai Wan Ho ..... but may be old
