Hi,
Not sure if anyone can advise. If I am selling my property through an agent but I manage to sell it privately (i.e. without any agent intro) do I still have to pay the agent?

sell it to whom privately? Has the new purchaser got an agent? are all negotiations done between you and purchaser only? if not and the new purchaser has an agent, then you must pay that agent?!?!
