Looking for a studio flat in HK? please help

Hi


I'll be moving out my flat relatively soon, and hoping to find a studio flat in Central / Sheung wan or even Wan Chai. /

Should I try to find one thru real estate agents? Need a place roughly about 500sq ft , how much should i prepare to pay?? any opinion/ suggestion would be very much appreciated.
