agent to put midlevels flat on rent

I have a flat in the midlevels i would like to put out for rent. I don't want to put it on asiaxpat's direct owners' section as I don't have the luxury of time to handle queries or viewing.


Is there a reliable, non-patronising agent anyone can recommend who could do that for me?


I saw some the property agents on asiaxpat's website, but would they appreciate a small apt (i.e. 500+ sq ft) in their stock?

i used an agent recently. She is not from any of the big ones, but she is really professional, good and helpful. for another ppty a while ago, i used Sallmanns... but they are very rude.
