Purchasing a property in Koh Samui

Hi,


I am currently thinking of purchasing a holiday home (and eventually a retirement home) in Koh Samui. However there are many agents out there and I just wondered if anyone had a real positive experience that they could recommend.


I am looking to purchase a property that is already built and not one off plan.


Also does anyone know the rules on living in Thailand - is this possible for a UK national or do you have to constantly leave and re-enter the country?
