I know that there are Upper and Lower Baguio. Could someone please share your experience what is it like living there? Transportation, facilities, view, quality of the building, floor to ceiling height, etc. Thanks in advance.

The units in Lower Baguio are larger than in Upper Baguio.
The largest units in Lower Baguio are 2687 sq. feet. It is very spacious compared to "newer" buildings because of its higher efficiency of space (ie. 93% compared to 70-80% in the newer buildings).
It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from Upper Baguio to Lower Baguio.
There is the number 8 minibus that comes very 5-10 minutes and takes you right to Central.
There is also the number 28 minibus that comes every 5-10 minutes as well that takes you to Causeway Bay.
Most of the time, the buses come every 5 minutes so the transportation is excellent and inexpensive.
From lower Baguio villa there is a residence only footpath that takes you down to Cyberport where there are lots of buses that can take you to Kowloon, North Point, Central, Causeway Bay...etc..
Also, if you walk further up the hill (about 5 minutes) there are even more buses that travel from Pokfulam Road.
It is also relatively easy to get a taxi. They come around all the time.
There is a large outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool, childrens play area and a tennis court.
Cyberport is only 5 minutes away if you walk down the residence's path.
There is a very large International Park and Shop just downstairs from the Units.
They carry many items and cater to Westerners and Asians.
There are Movie theatres with very large screens, restaurants, bookstore, ATM machine, Starbucks, bakery, large International Park and Shop, arcade, etc.
There is also a Meridian Hotel at Cyberport if you have relatives/friends visiting.
Some of the blocks have recently been renovated ie..Blocks 41-44.
Blocks 45-48 will be renovated within 10-14 months. It will be a quite a major renovation with the external walls, staircases, parking lots, common areas etc. being done.
The buildings are slightly over 30 years old. The buildings have been maintained better than most 30 year old buildings. You really have to look at each individual unit and compare.
It is very quiet compared to the Mid-levels and it doesn't feel so congested because you are not surrounded by other tall buildings. The view depends on if you are on a Lower or Upper floor.
The mid to upper floors have waterfront views. The lower floors have the Cyberport view.
Again, it is still very nice compared to living in the Mid-levels because the building is not so close and each unit receives a lot of sunlight.
It is a very family oriented area. A good mix of nationalities. Many of the Asians speak English and have either lived abroad or were educated abroad. Close to local and International Schools.
Overall, it is a great place for families and is definitely worth taking a look.
Prices have gone up in the last 2 years but compared to Repulse Bay it is still good value for money especially if you are considering buying. Prices have gone up because the units in Bel-Air have risen and there is talk of an MTR stop either at Cyberport, Queen Mary Hospital or somewhere very close by.

I hope that it is ok to revive this very old thread. It is still relevant at least.
Never looked in this area before until today. it is quite nice. Just wondering if there are other comparable buildings in the area. Comparable in size (1000 to 1500 sq ft), price (about $10,000 per sq ft), sea view if possible, multiple transportation alternatives, etc.
Thanks!
