We are very keen on renting a flat at South lantau...Tong Fuk/ Cheung Sha. However, we are a bit concerned as we dont know if there will be a major problem of mosquitoes, insects & c*ckroaches in these areas. Would appreciate from anyone,living in and around these places to reply ASAP. We have a 2 year old child & I am real chicken around bugs & c*ckroaches!

we lived in wang tong on lantau and insects were big enough to go to school not for faint harted.

Thanks Mallyal...did you go through a mosquito problem too? Is want tong near Tong Fuk/ Cheung Sha & is it similar in village style too?( sorry, I dont know those areas well)
