Does anyone have up to date information about the Castle Steps development in front of Robinson Place please? I know it was in appeal but there seems to be renewed activity on the site this week.

I had been told that the appeal hearing will be held shortly and the development will start immediately after. It is clear from the amount of work ongoing at the site now that the preliminary work has started already, unless anyone knows any different please?
