I am looking for a flat around Manmo temple area. There are asking same price, have same net size, both in walk up bldg.
One on the square st. have rather quiet enviroment, while the one on the Hollywood road seems to have more investment return later because it is on the major street? Or would it be better to avoid getting flat on hollywod road due to the noise from busy traffic?
